I really wouldn't call it a challenge. when starting a startup, building an in house team is more like an investment. gives you freedom to discuss ideas with ur team and if u hire passionate people, they'll be just as committed as u to make the product a success. It's my personal opinion

If u feel stuck on ur business idea, model or the PMF concerns. I would highly recommend u to create a serious pitch deck that u would have to pitch investors. I am sure this might help u eradicate most of ur doubts.
