I want to start an agency to help startup founders build their tech

Personally, if I had a startup, I would prefer building my own in-house team. The reason is simple: outsourcing to an agency might not be as worth it. Agencies typically handle 3-4 projects at a time, and they charge for each process—testing, fixing bugs, maintenance, and any changes. With an in-house team, I could have better control over the entire process and ensure that focus remains solely on my startup.
