bro but Reddit is a huge platform with a crazy amount of people where medial is not so big and if you fill content with promotions then it obviously won't be considered. Just Think of being in the place of founders. Would you let your platform be filled with promotions and random content?

Seeking the Startup Founders to reach out if interested to feature for an interview article is what I did. I believe such posts are still better than startup memes or whatever which add zilch contributions. I have been promoting this app outside because the while UI and smoothness is good, and have been suggesting features too wherever I can. But yesterday's launch of charging users to check job postings and today's removal of a harmless post leaves a bad taste. They should not go on a power trip at such an early stage.
