Today, I had a call with an HR of a big consulting firm regarding a data analyst role. After gathering all info she rejected me because I don't have any professional experience as a data analyst. I do have 3.5 years of experience but as a software engineer, the industry experience and domain knowledge didn't help me here. It's really hard to keep your patience during job hunting period specially when you're trying to switch the job role along with the company. I am so exhausted with this grind. 😪 Hope this phase will end soon. 🤞
