I'm an IT professional, seeking for Data analyst roles, I was working in a company for nearly 2.5 years, and I got laid off🥲 It's been 2 years since I've been trying to find a job for a data analyst since it's quite a shift from my previous role. Why is it so difficult to get a job for a data analyst, I'm literally looking for a fresher's role so that I can at least start as a data analyst and work my way through it. I've upskilled myself with Power BI, Python, the technologies which are required for data analyst post. I've done Udemy certificates, I'll be attempting the Microsoft associate level certificate but it will take time. My frustration is , I'm not getting a single callback from companies, is it because of the gap and no experience? I think so yes. Does anyone have any advice? Trust me- I've tried applying everyday, updating my resume and linkdien profiles, but nothing seems to be working, not getting a single callback for Interview which is quite frustrating🙃
