So, how do you know when it’s time to launch? The rule is simple: launch when your product has a quantum of utility. This means at least one person in the world is genuinely happy your product exists because it solves a problem for them. If no one would care about your launch, you’re not ready. But if even 10 people are thrilled with what you’ve built, you’re good to go! Remember, you don’t need to please everyone at the start. Focus on delivering value to a small, excited audience, and grow from there. It’s better to launch and learn than to wait forever for perfection. Start small, but start now!
