Q: To make it clear. It's completely constructive criticism. I am judging it as a audience perspective not as a fellow participant. 1.) what is stopping Swiggy/zomato from implementing this?. And already these initiatives are taken by them too.. 2.) quick commerce is practicing these from day one. I personally haven't received a plastic cover (non-bio degradable) once from blinkit or zepto. 3.) the street vendors cannot effort an extra cost for packaging. And also they almost don't need publicity or marketing because, the people approach are the people live in that area only. So everyone knows them. Suggestions: 1.) implement the same for shoping malls/complexes etc... enter a premium sector of this side and produce high quality paper bags for clothes, watches, etc.. 2.) to promote it and attract customers and new gen, implement gamification on the paper bag by QR based games or points such that, they can redeem it later from same stor. Answer: Regarding Swiggy/Zomato: While they have made steps toward sustainability, GiveAt is built entirely on a zero-plastic model with 100% biodegradable packaging, offering a more comprehensive solution. For street vendors, GiveAt aims to subsidize costs by building partnerships and offering scalable packaging options to make sustainability affordable for everyone. Your suggestions on premium sectors and gamification are fantastic! Implementing QR-based engagement strategies is something weโll definitely explore to attract a wider audience!
