Guys, I read in reviews about ola that She booked the ride at a certain price but after reaching the destination, price increased and she had to pay more...while it was not mentioned at starting.. Can someone confirm if it is true or not?

Ahh i can, 100% happened to me 3 days back. Showed 38 rupees, charged 75 rupees in the end, while rapido and uber showed around 65-71 rs. It was really weird but now i can confirm too.
