Problems— In India, puff patties are mostly available on streets, in malls, canteens, and places where they receive proper heat and temperature to increase their shelf life or maintain their flavors for months. However, after analyzing more closely, I observed that they lack a variety of flavors, and puff patties are not consistently available in many places. Even retail stores don't have the proper setup to display them, and the supply chain for this food is not managed properly by wholesalers. This is because many vendors either ignore these snacks or don't take them seriously Additionally, some customers are slowly forgetting about these snacks due to their limited availability and lack of convenience. However, a few street vendors are selling these near schools, colleges, and workplaces, and they are experiencing really good sales. But the number of these vendors is very limited. The demand for this snack in some bakeries is also quite high, and people in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities are loving it as well 1=} There are no famous puff patties brands in the world offering a variety of options 2=} The supply chain is not managed properly by anyone, which is why these snacks are not available globally or in Indian shops, vendors, bakeries, and other outlets 3=} Regional-scale manufacturing facilities are dominating the market with low-quality products and a limited variety of puff patties 4=} Nobody is doing marketing of these delicious snacks, and as a result, many people are starting to forget them, even though they are nostalgic snacks from their childhood 5=} The shelf life and quality of these snacks are very short, and the variety of flavorful options available in the market is limited, which doesn't cater to the diverse preferences of consumers 6=} Mass-scale manufacturers are not available, and the distribution network for these snacks is poor.
