Idea For You Implement — Guy's we all that our og snacks and local food products like aamchaska , chaad stire Poppins , guru chela , Raja Rani Pola , aamras and all local indian snacks are not getting proper recognition in national and international level because of bad distribution , marketing , funds management , manufacturing and vision even they are so delicious and yummy. Most of the time they lack in increasing self life of their products and food, that's why they are not able to scale it In global level. If we create a single brand and organise all these snacks also we manufacture all these snacks in big manufacturing plant after that our company take all these recipes and sell products with stable marketing , distribution , price , and branding in global level according to demand also we can increase the self life with the help of nitrogen packing and intresting thing is that people already loving these snacks in local level so globally people love all these snacks .

My father used to have a candy factory where we could make candies like poppins Or any other candy even cream filled candy. After he passed away the factory got shut, we still have all the machinery and know people who can work in the factory but the problem is we do not have funds to run it anymore. How can i restart my factory and scale it can someone give suggestions please. We are willing to take in new partners as well if required.

You'll have to make these locally in the market where you plan to sell them because if this succeeds in gaining popularity, some local people might pick up making the same product with different packaging and will be able to sell at lower prices because goods like these are so cheap to make that exporting and transporting it will be costlier than the price of the goods itself. Also, in case of Pola, I'm pretty sure it is made with adulterated oils and spices here because there's no way it is dirt cheap. You'll have to use good quality ingredients which will raise the prices of these products. Price will be the major USP initially and a challenge to overcome as well.
