Not at the moment, no. But spoken to a couple of founders and what they stress abt a candidate is the curiosity to learn. When you're curious and genuinely committed, it doesn't matter even if the pay is less.

thats the best part. it's not the intangibles that one should look at. I feel that the startup ecosystem is not meant for everyone. it demands long working hours. most times more than even 90 hours a week. but the output you get is unparalleled tha
