Normally, not even you're working in corporate. But startups, however, is a different story. When you're working for a cause, you work like the clock doesn't exist.
Are you working in any startup ?
Not at the moment, no. But spoken to a couple of founders and what they stress abt a candidate is the curiosity to learn. When you're curious and genuinely committed, it doesn't matter even if the pay is less.
Got it by the way, startup ecosystem is over competitive but gives the best output
thats the best part. it's not the intangibles that one should look at. I feel that the startup ecosystem is not meant for everyone. it demands long working hours. most times more than even 90 hours a week. but the output you get is unparalleled than any corporate learning.
