but the thing is every repair shop person does offer this same facility. and i believe majority bike riding person have atleast one mechanic contact in their phone and they call them in emergency bike repair and the repair person does provide this service by visiting them , difference is in this case the person charges a high price . but how is your idea different from the skilled mechanic service??

Most of the time, tyre replacement or repair requires a visit to the shop because mechanics are too busy to come to you.
