Now if any big show use his name then they need to pay some commissions but it's not directly applicable for everyone....
So can we trademark most used names of anything, and use it to earn commission on it if someone uses it ?
no general and most used names doesn't comes in this category like mango is universal and even if someone trademarked then he get 0 profitability from it
