I want to build a tourist resort with a functional farm with the latest greenhouse and hydroponics techniques somewhere in Eastern Rajasthan. Total area of the project to be 20000 sq. yards which is a little more than 4 acres. I want to build a water reservoir in the middle and over that a large Chhatri in rajputana style to hold any functions or celebrations, and 4 buildings on each side of the pond in similar style for the guest rooms, pools for guests to relax and some more facilities like massage, sauna in separate buildings and greenhouse in outer ring of the farm to grow vegetables in 2 acres. Guests can enjoy live entertainment with classical and folk dance and music, open air theatre and bonfires. Expected rent per room would be 3-4k + tax, breakfast included for 240 rooms. Guests can get some facilities within booking and the rest can be paid separately.
