To be at that level they requires 1. To provide education in all other streams which I don't think they do, 2. They need that level of professors which India don't have 3. They need to produce world famous alumni Is it possible?

Bro bro, I also believe in possibility and I also say yes it is possible it may have that level of universities, but bro Master's union, what a joke.. It can never be a choice of scientist, engineer, doctor or others over these universities, EXCEPT entrepreneur. So master's union is not an answer. But yes maybe someone with some other plan can make it true
