It's a marketing strategy used by zepto zepto burns money on advertisement they are still at the stage where they are capturing whole India and once they start operating pan India there is no need of much marketing, as every person will know what is zepto. I think it's an one time investment for zepto to burn money on marketing, which will help them in the long run.
