The big question is how is this better than the existing middlemen. The middle men exist because they buy in bulk and pay the farmer for the bulk at once. Retailers don't buy in bulk. Assuming you buy from the farmers in bulk and have a warehouse or a storage, how is this different from the existing scenario.
