Still, figures won't add up, brother. As per the post, they said they started it a year ago, obviously since starting it won't be 20K $ per month, it would gradually increased to 20K$ let's say by 5-6 month since their starting, so for first six months if count 6*15K = 90K for first 6 months, for next 5 months, 5*20k = 100K, total ARR for first year would go to max 90K + 100k + 40k = 230K $, its still halfway their claim of 500K $, please correct me if I sounds wrong or illusive!

Brother, your calculations are right but not the concept. ARR is not calculated by last full year sales. If my this year sale is 40K Dollars and this is the first time i made any revenue, my ARR is still 40K * 12 = 480K dollar ARR. ARR is current month revenue * 12.
