Hi I got a youtube channel with over 55k subs and AVG 90k views per short this channel is around computer and laptop accessories and now I want to start a brand even I found a gap in a specific segment of computer accessories (not comfortable with sharing it now) I need a co-founder who can put around 5-6 lakh (2 lakh from my side) to start this brand... so my experience in this field and 55k subs as costumers vs your 5 lakh investment.

Your idea sounds good. But before investing or inviting partners. Try to build potential community . Though you have 55k subs it’s because they are subscribed for your content and for product . So we can’t convert it expect the same people will buy the product from you . So May be you can first with affiliate marketing and Analysis the mindset of your audience . That will provide data of potential customers. Now do start building brand through videos and talk about that . Use Amazon for selling and do marketing through your videos . You think 55k subs are worth 5 lakhs? Try promoting a mere facewash. Lets see how many of them actually buy it. Only then we’ll get some value. Per view on YT is .005cents, just btw.
