This is terrible & could easily amount to discrimination. If our courts were more active this act would be deemed unconstitutional. I know oyo is trying to change its image of being the Love hotel but it's terrible in my opinion. Moving backwards!

This rule in OYO it's a great loss to the company itself. The intention and the rule is good, as per culture of India this rule is great , but as per business point of view OYO company will rise to down. Now, there are many who will start as same OYO that's all happens.

In my opinion, this has both positive and negative implications for OYO. Bookings from unmarried couples likely contribute a significant portion of their revenue, which might decrease. However, there will still be individuals who won’t mind spending extra—they might book two rooms but use only one, which could temporarily boost revenue. Overall, though, I feel this change will negatively impact their revenue. Additionally, I don’t think this rule will significantly change their image.

I think we should copy Oyo this time because unmarried couples are not allowed in Oyo but we can open a hotel in which 18+ couples can stay And we can also differentiate the rates within it, like if Oyo's per hour is 500 then we will keep it for 300

i think oyo is making a very big mistake. according to sources they plan to apply for couples only entry in all partnered hotels. This can give them free Marketing but on the business side they may backfire. if they only allow couples then normal
