If someone wants to start a business, but the idea already exists, how can they create an alternative and outcompete the existing one?

I’ve been thinking about an idea that won’t leave me alone. India doesn’t have a farming information problem. It has an access problem. Knowledge exists. Schemes exist. Technology exists. AI exists. But the farmer in the field can’t use any of it.

Is there already any AI powered Operating System ?

How about creating an AI app that validated if an idea currently exists or not ? Input - idea string Output - similar existing products with confidence score , differentiators , links etc
