some questions on my profitability so let me clear, items in my restro are punjabi thali cost 230 rupees gujarati thali 150 rupees unlimited pizza in range of 175 to 700 burger from 90 to 180 sandwich from 60 to 340 and garlic bread from 60 to 170 so how I make 59% profit right ? so let me clear that now I have my 5 own outlets per outlet we have 3 staff members part time so there salary is between 4 to 6k I have my own shops so I don't have to pay rent 2500 monthly maintenance for shop then I have tender solar for commercial use to reduce my electricity bill my per outlet business is around 45k to 1.3lakh per day I pay very less on man power because it's family owned business we make everything they have to just bake and give it I am not here for any investment I am just here to talk with new ideas thank you

That's really great model and you can more optimize your cost by making raw materials in your home then selling it to other b2b businesses also by integrating sop in your daily work you can save lots of time and increase productivity then you can scale it by creating traning program for you employees then train it and scale more carts so that you have full control also for automation use analytics tools .....
