what do you think Turning a New Page: From Assistant Creative Manager to Auto Rickshaw Driver Life often throws us challenges that force us to rethink, rebuild, and reinvent ourselves. After 14 years of experience as an Assistant Creative Manager in Graphic Design, I never imagined I would find myself here today. Five months ago, I lost my job due to company cost-cutting. Despite applying to numerous positions, networking extensively, and even being open to lower salaries, I faced constant rejection: We don't have a role matching your experience. Our budget doesn't align with your expectations. Can you work for less? I realized, if I’m willing to work for less, why not put that effort into building something of my own?
