Freshness, original Taste and texture is not difficult to achieve if you are familiar with frozen food development. each product needs to be processed in difficult methods. some food Pre-frozen cooking is 10% and post-frizen final cooking at outlet is 90% some food Pre-frozen cooking is 40% and post-frizen final cooking at outlet is 60% in some food vegetables should not be added in pre-frozen cooking. If the process is properly done, then it is very very difficult to find out if the food is frozen or freshly prepared.
