Hi shiv thanks for reply. But the case with multiplex is different. Each property has its value according to the number of seats. And the business majorly depends on movie releases. So, I can guarantee a steady flow of monthly income from each property to investors, but I cannot guarantee that their value of investment will go from X to 10X from a single theatre. To do so, brand play has to come in effect where my brand will focus on opening new properties. Ex- In case of PVR, they also have a maximum earning potential of each cinema, but they have become so big, because they have expanded aggressively. So initially what should be the strategy to get investors onboard?
