So I(23 M) am a 2024 graduate and i got a job from college at a MNC in feb. My profile is DevOps Engineer but honestly there is nothing like devops it's more of operations. There is no development. There is no work basically I just deploy the code from github to testing server. And I am stuck now. Work is not great. Manager is very bad. And internal switch is not possible as Other manager say because you work under my current manager he can't take me. In college I spent my whole time doing DSA i really liked it too but at same time I am not getting any farther. Also I have no skills other than DSA. Now I really see what other people have who got foreign offers or got high package I want that too. I need some advice What should I do. How should I do. I want to be a good developer. I want to be great at DSA not just because i want a job but i really loves solving problem but want to have some skills so that I got what others have. Please help me with advice and some resources.
