I am very happy that you brought up these kind of culture in medial. (where working professionals ask questions and share their problems in their area of expertise.) IMO, blockchain can transform these problems. 1.) quack doctors: a verifiable certificate leveraging blockchain. (can place a QR based authentication system to check the integrity of the doctor.) 2.) technically: blockchain is first created to demolish middle men 😅. smart contracts can do the thing. I can discuss this with you personally for better understanding. I have a entire model mainly focused in this area.
