I have furniture retail shop. We have lots of old stocks with new ones when trend changed (demand changed) and left overs because of its rate. Our shop have average goodwill in our area. Because of lots of furniture we can't add new ones in our building and we have no online delivery or business website. Now we want to add new models of furniture and utilise internet facilities like websites, social media, and marketing through messages. You can check the market of our location- Kerala, India. I have a plan to make an offer season for old goods ( clearance sale). Also have a plan to advertise through notice with newspaper and with social media influences( optional). I want to know whether its a better idea or any alternative ideas can make a change in our individual market hence our sales are going backward and it's already too late to adverse to this internet era of business. Can I get any ideas and strategies to attract customers and increase sales.
