It’s hard to believe the claim that professionals in India have a better life compared to those in Europe or the U.S. Many of my friends who live in Europe enjoy a much better quality of life than their colleagues in India. European laws are stricter, fairer, and ensure equality for everyone, no matter their background. If you’re a citizen of Indian origin in Europe, you’re treated just like everyone else. Look at Rishi Sunak becoming the Prime Minister of Britain or Kamala Harris playing a key role in U.S. politics, even standing against Trump. Even Trump’s cabinet had many Indians in important positions, showing the opportunities available there. In the U.S., there are around 10 million Indians, and only a very small percentage face problems. Do you really think the Indian judiciary is more just or kinder to the average citizen? Honestly, it’s not. The Indian legal system is slow, inefficient, and often inaccessible for common people.
