Instead of debating whether life is better abroad or at home, the real question we should ask is: why is it so hard for the average Indian to access justice, security, and basic rights in their own country?

In the U.S., there are around 10 million Indians, and only a very small percentage face problems. Do you really think the Indian judiciary is more just or kinder to the average citizen? Honestly, it’s not. The Indian legal system is slow, inefficient, and often inaccessible for common people.
