half way through the book. It helped me to understand how important Customer lifetime value (CLTV) is and how important it is to make your customers keep hooked to your product. (even helped me realise how, Many companies are already using these techniques on me 😂😅 and keeping me hooked to their product) I highly recommend it to any new age social media start-up or product based startups too.. I would love to hear from you guys about your personal experience and takeaways from this book. Completely random: If it can't be used for evil, it's not a superpower.
