The book that you should read !! I read multiple books this year, but this one literally helped me find peace and calm my mind. I had bought it two years ago but never got around to reading it—I don’t know why. One day, I decided to give it a go, and I could relate deeply to everything it discussed, as it mirrored many of the experiences in my life. "Think Like a Monk" What sets this book apart is the "Try This" section at the end of each chapter or lesson, which helps you apply the theoretical knowledge in a practical way. As a result, when real-life situations arise, you’re better equipped to handle them because you already know the solution. That’s the kind of impact this book has had on me. The book covers topics such as: The real meaning of Dharma. How does time and location affect productivity ? Learning from everyone you meet. The connection between kindness and success. ------- Let me know in the comments which book has had the most impact on you this year!
