The real key is automation and simplicity. If your solution can automatically sync orders from multiple platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) into one dashboard...that would totaly work

Cost is a big concern for individual sellers, especially when they have to maintain a website and software on their own and so this one tool for people at scale could work but then again...instead ofvalidating stuff heree, try to talk to your actual potential customers
