As someone from a tier-3 city, this won't work. We already have "Rajesh Electrician" who charges ₹200 for AC service and is available on one phone call. Why would anyone pay ₹500+ through an app? UC works in metros because people don't know their neighbors. Here, everyone knows everyone.

Yes it's correct but if we start from metro cities then urban company is going to target us and want to get us down even even if they take loss , that's why I think about small cities so that we can build a strong base to compete with urban in metro cities
