Can any one make me understand about the process and what is the correct path for the investment rounds and what are they named at each level.

Let me break this down from my experience. The "traditional" path looks like this: Pre-seed: Friends & Family ($25k-500k) Seed: Angels & Early VCs ($500k-2M) Series A: Product-market fit ($2M-15M) Series B: Scaling ($15M-50M) Series C+: Expansion/Pre-IPO ($50M+) BUT here's what nobody tells you: Stripe raised $2M from YC + angels, then jumped straight to an $18M Series A. Notion bootstrapped until their Series A. There's no "correct" path anymore. What matters is your metrics and story.

Almost closed 80% target of a Pre-Series A round with some veteran angels and HNIs Paperwork is on. Now got to fill up the 20%, i.e. 1.6 Crores. Conversations started really slow at first, and tumbled down faster in a delightful way. 😌
