76% of working women in top Indian cities want to start their own business, says a survey. This heartwarming trend is the outcome of women feeling empowered to pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions and take charge of their professional destinies. I also believe that entrepreneurship offers women the flexibility to balance work and family responsibilities, a crucial factor in a society where traditional gender roles often place the burden of caregiving and household duties on women. Starting their own business allows them to control their income streams and financial futures. In fact, women bring unique perspectives, creativity and innovation to the entrepreneurial landscape. And this has so many positive effects. An increase in the number of women entrepreneurs contributes to economic growth by generating employment opportunities, fostering innovation, and driving productivity. Entrepreneurship empowers women by providing them with a platform to showcase their skills, talents, and leadership abilities.
