Just posting a random thought in the afternoon ! I have noticed millennials are struggling in their life most of them are transitioning in their personal life and career! Moreover , due to lack of exposure and experiences they struggle to find the right balance in life and are getting very much affected by puny aspects !! Well a lot of my colleagues come to me for advice and I am good at gyaan giving which I am sure everyone is but I was thinking to write blogs about my free ka gyaan ! Although i am not sure which would be the right platform ! So anyone who can point me in the right direction ping me !! Also I ain't on any social media except LinkedIn !! So shoot me up with your idea on which platforms would actually benefit out of it !! Also I ain't looking to make any money out of it !! ✌️✌️ just free ka gyaan !!

The idea of creating a blog or platform to share your 'free ka gyaan' has potential, but the execution and tone will be critical. Millennials tend to value authenticity over preaching. Your tone should always convey as if they are the ones who are better, gyaan mostly comes out as condescending, imo.

For blogging, platforms like Medium or Substack are great if you want to reach a broad audience. They’re easy to set up and have a built-in community that values genuine content. You can also create content on instagram to keep things aligned with your current network

I agree that many millennials are facing unique struggles these days, whether in their personal lives or careers. Having access to experienced perspectives and 'gyaan' can definitely be valuable. But it's most about the timing, isn't it? Say you're struggling, being doubted, you won't be able to take up most of the advices that, in that mental state.
