Basically on the way to reach billionaire u already have supporting money like 10 million 20 million to risk nobody easily takes this risk ... that looks like added advantage ...n they buy established people n biz who would be willing for more.. many things.. luck favors a lot it has in my cases ...everybody respond to add their money to secure ... and timing mostly...they arrange any setup guidelines regulation etc to grab the opportunity
