The Central Waqf Council is a statutory body under the administrative control of the Ministry of Minority Affairs was set up in 1964 as per the provision given in the Waqf Act, 1954 as Advisory Body to the Central Government on matters concerning the working of the Waqf Boards. Several major Hindu temples, pilgrim centres, schools and ashrams are governed by similar central or state acts and governing bodies. For example, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams or TTD was established under similar acts. The TDD, whose establishment predates India's independence, manages 12 temples and several properties.

4 - How many Hindu common people can have access to High court and Supreme court once illegal title deed transfer happens. In India, cost of litigation and fees can be anywhere between 40 to 80% of the property value. Once it is illegally acquired, there are No remedial measures to a poor Hindu man and he can be threatened, get killed or his family can get eliminated ? 5 - People are talking about a different kind of a Land Jihad by certain powerful X community criminals, who can divert the money for political reasons and for Terrorism. 6- How a 1500 year old Hindu temple in Trichendurai, Tamilnadu can be illegally acquired by Waqf, when the invaders came to India after CE 1000!! 7 - Dwarka islands which are Krishna’s land can be claimed by Waqf!!

🤣 Seriously you did non even researched 1- The burden of proof of the ownership of a property is always on the owner. But in this case, despite the owner have all the legal papers of his ownership, a mere notification from the Waqf board can take away his rights to deal or sell the property. Not even registration of the property is not possible. 2- The Waqf board is always manned by certain powerful elements, Rowdies & Gundas of that community. Let us assume a Hindu rent a house or commercial property to that X community. If the terms are not right with the owner, he can very well donate the property to Waqf while vacating the property. This act of cheating can be used by Waqf board to claim the ownership. 3- Every property goes to the civil court. But under waqf act, this goes to the Waqf Tribunal which is manned by the community members, politicians and officials who can be bribed. Through bribery a Hindu property can be illegally acquired by Waqf board
