I dont think so it will work, because everyone knows india is little cheap but no one will be ready to buy the second hand clothes, listen me, the people who are little rich they will surely not buy it, and the people who are simple and not interested in fashion they also not take any interest, for this you have to target the people who are not financially stable, if you focus them you can do profit, but you purpose should to make a product for rich people or for both rich and poor people.... I hope you understand, I already have worked on it

by the way, if you are comparing this idea from other countries, then understand that, in India what's the reason they should sell their vintage clothes, and if any one sales the teared clothes then there is no complain against seller there will be complain on website/app....how will you manage this...? because I hope you know you cand do COD or return because it will increase cost so much, have you think about it,
