I want to build my own startup. I don't know how to start with it. Can anyone explain me about how can i start it and requirements of which members is essential in building it.

Can anyone explain these to me we buy car and pay taxes on it and also pay toll tax on it and again use petrol which is taxed why are we paying these? Can anyone explain.
