idea sounds like ML based, I am not discouraging you, you need to have lots of pre work on that, in my college I pitched the same type idea, it needs lots of data, and more problems it takes on clearing unwanted noise. without that you can't make these and all types of English or any language are not same AI needs to be trained for more flexibility, like while talking some people in between uses other language words like that .............
