Will AI pets replace pets? The new pets arent metallic, they are fluffy and cute, designed to resemble a real pet animal I believe theres a market for this. They can help people who need emotional support, but dont like being in contact with animals But the real question is: will they be pre-programmed and act "dumb" , or will they things on their own like a real pet animal? Will they develop their owm personalities as they age? Can there be an emotional connect develop over time, and will they be loyal to their owners? Its challenging to create something that self learn and evolves on its own like our brain, especially when completely pre-installable programs are easier to make Would you want to own an AI pet in the future?
