Haldiram learnings from scratch 1) innovation-owner of haldi ram makes crispy namkeen when he was 12 and at that time no one is selling crispy namkeen from this advantage they grab massive aduience 2) marketing needs creativity not budget 3) in bussiness we have to innovate or get get successfull project every intervel of time you cannot depend on one 4) if your one bussiness is good and you want to start another or franchise first test the market in small level for that and if that product is hit then go and put minimum investment as they and after that no much investment from first bussiness all operations cost come from that second bussiness and profit if no profit so no lost 5) if bussiness is not growing that it's not a mistake of business it the owner mistake 6) in 1976,the owner wants to open store in Delhi it's took 9 years to open that store due to various reason,here we learn that "struggle behind success
