Quick question I started a consultant work for a Manufacturing company, They like my idea and pitching We both simultaneously agree to work on a certain date, But we have one meeting left to discuss on the payment, should I go for monthly salary or based on the work I charge them or a fixed salary and incentive How much I ask them to pay me for my work Need a help here?

you can go for both in alternative terms like for 1st year go for fixed salary then charge according to your work or you can add clause for getting extra payment for additional work
