Quick question I started a consultant work for a Manufacturing company, They like my idea and pitching We both simultaneously agree to work on a certain date, But we have one meeting left to discuss on the payment, should I go for monthly salary or based on the work I charge them or a fixed salary and incentive How much I ask them to pay me for my work Need a help here?
