Basically, The VC you meet is a G.P. 🎯Role of G.P'S- Deal Sourcing: They need to find favourable opportunities to Invest & also for Transactions & relationship management with Connectors that Includes C.A'S, Investment Firms, Consultant Firms etc.. A large part of time is to network & generate the deals. Structuring & Investing:Need not be industry specialists but they have to have profound skills in deal making & also generating desired incentives with associated risks. Active Management: Actively Manage the fund but not day-day basis limited. Harvest Returns: As it is a long-term investment game, The most important skill is to harvest returns for the investors in long-term Relationship management with investors: The progress of the fund who also key shaping in the fund needs to be informed to every Investor in AIF Skillfully.
