Digital marketing Project/Strategy Pipeline. Briefing : It's the first step, Where we will understand What client wants from us and complete project details. Market & Competition In next we shall start analyzing the market , how good is at current?, Audience behaviors, Demographics etc.. and analyze who are the major players in this industry?, Tactics they are using?, are we going to target new entrants or OG players? etc.. Objective Setting : In this step we will be setting up the objectives of the project with in-depth metrics and accurate deadlines (check my previous posts). WHO To Target: What our audience is gonna look like?, Build a buyer persona and include maximum information you know about your customer WHERE To Target: Now we know the audience, now its time to choose which mediums or platforms we are going to use ?(Basically a media mix). What's the budget for each specific platforms?, Content styles? etc.. What To say: In this step we decide what message to be said to the audience?, Branding consistency and all those stuffs And the final part, Reporting, testing and optimization In the long run, the older strategy does not work for more than a certain period, so its important to test other things and give necessary optimization.
