Interesting angle on democratizing trade finance. But the real challenge is regulatory compliance - you're essentially creating a shadow banking operation. SEBI, RBI won't let this fly without serious oversight.

This already exists - it's called Trade Finance or Export Factoring. The problem isn't the concept (it's proven), it's that you need MASSIVE capital reserves to handle payment defaults. One bad shipment can wipe out months of returns.

Not exactly aware but those exporters pay about 10-15% intrest and that's from big banks. secondly you can get 7% intrest directly in safe fds. so to attract exporters, you'll have to distribute loans at 1-2% less intrest rates and offer atleast 1-2% more to the users who invest. and if my numbers are correct, you'll earn 2-3% and that isn't a lot considering all the costs you'll incur to keep this running
