We have razorpay but the newsletter providers only have Stripe for some reason. It would have been better if they could connect other payment gateways but they haven't yet

So I was wrong. You can accept international payments from your Individual razorpay / cashfree account, no need for GSTIN or any company details. You just have to connect your PayPal account with your payment gateway.
